Dabei besch\u00e4ftigt er sich mit amerikanischen Mythen wie dem Wilden Westen und dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, aber auch mit Baseball und der Barbie-Puppe. Selbst Gr\u00f6\u00dfen wie <strong>Cindy Sherman<\/strong> und <strong>Richard Prince<\/strong> geben an, von Levinthal beeinflusst worden zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Mit seinem neuen Buch \u201eVietnam\u201c nimmt er uns mit auf eine Reise in den Vietnamkrieg und verwischt dabei die Grenzen zwischen Geschichte, Erinnerung und Mythos.
