Mit seinem Opus magnum \u201eGenesis\u201c wendete er sich schlie\u00dflich der Natur zu. Im vergangenen Jahr wurde der Autodidakt als erster Fotograf \u00fcberhaupt mit dem Friedenspreis des Deutschen Buchhandels ausgezeichnet. Die K\u00f6lner <strong>Galerie Bene Taschen<\/strong> zeigt noch bis Ende Mai seine fr\u00fche Arbeit \u201eGold\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die ProfiFoto traf ich Sebasti\u00e3o Salgado zum kurzen Interview und sprachen dabei \u00fcber seine k\u00f6rperlichen und seelischen Verletzungen, sein Renaturierungsprojekt in Brasilien und \u00c4sthetik in seinen Fotografien.
