Mit dabei waren <strong>Hilla Becher<\/strong>, <strong>Michael Schmidt<\/strong>, <strong>Moritz Wegwerth<\/strong>, <strong>Annette Kelm<\/strong>, <strong>Beat Wismer<\/strong> und <strong>Andreas Gursky<\/strong> selbst. Moderiert wurde die Veranstaltung, zu der mehr als 800 Besucher kamen, von <strong>Thomas Weski<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde dabei viel \u00fcber das Verh\u00e4ltnis der Fotografie zur Malerei gesprochen, es gab den ein oder anderen interessanten Einblick und das ein oder andere &#8222;Gest\u00e4ndnis&#8220; der Beteiligten und Michael Schmidt regte sich am Ende sogar dar\u00fcber auf, dass Kunsthistoriker die Fotografie bis heute nicht wirklich als selbstst\u00e4ndige Position wahrnehmen und immer mit der Malerei vergleichen w\u00fcrden. Bei Gursky und (den Kunsthistorikern) Weski und Wismer erntete er damit wenig Verst\u00e4ndnis, Hilla Becher gab ihm hingegen Recht, brach aber auch eine Lanze f\u00fcr sie: &#8222;Sie haben es einfach nicht anders gelernt: Es fehlt ihnen an einem eigenen Vokabular f\u00fcr die Fotografie.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mein ausf\u00fchrlicher Artikel dazu ist nun in der\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.damianzimmermann.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Photonews_2-13_Seite_4_Podiumsdiskussion_Gursky.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Photonews<\/a> erschienen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Rahmen der Andreas Gursky-Retrospektive fand im D\u00fcsseldorfer Museum Kunstpalast die Podiumsdiskussion &#8222;Fotografische Positionen&#8220; statt.
